wHAT IS sUBSTACK?

Picture

I’ve joined Substack. You can follow me here. I’m doing it to diversify myself, and create a business opportunity to sell some of the knowledge I know. There is such a huge vast of need for wisdom and equipping right now on messaging, on communication, on fundraising and a hundred other topics. We need to be more strategic so we can win as conservatives and make a greater difference for good.

I will be helping answer the HOW on items for how conservatives can win.
You are a friend. I just wanted to let you know. Nothing more is needed.

Kind regards,
Amy
—————
Longer Version:
Substack is a new economy or marketplace. It is a place that allows people to publish their messages for free and if they want, open the door to get paid members who can access more additional information. This is an amazing opportunity for those who want to help sell their knowledge.

Here are a couple descriptions on Substack:
"Substack's simple system lets you publish to the web, email, and our app simultaneously so you can find new readers and always reach your existing audience.”
"Substack is an American online platform that provides publishing, payment, analytics, and design infrastructure to support subscription newsletters. It allows writers to send digital newsletters directly to subscribers. Founded in 2017, Substack is headquartered in San Francisco.”

As you see me publishing on there more, or links noting it’s my Substack - just consider it as
  • Amy’s Library
  • Amy’s “classroom”
  • Or a sort of blog where I’m educating, equipping and hopefully inspiring people to action.

My focus is going to be on answering THE HOW.

  • How to communicate
  • How to win as conservatives
  • How to fundraise
  • How to build a network
  • How to get involved
Part of the aspect of Substack is to also build community.
  • There are chats
  • Opportunities to network
  • And this is the cutting edge place for the “fresh voice for free speech”

Names on here you might recognize:
  • Chris Rufo on education
  • Glenn Greenwald
  • Michael D. Shellenberger
  • Matt Taibbi
  • Barry Weiss
  • and so many more
As of over a year ago here were some of the top contributors

Why am I doing this:

  • I have knowledge, and experience. So why not use it to equip others? And as a small business owner, why not be responsible with what I have to also grow a business?
  • Creating content is like second nature to me and I want to find a way to sell some of the stuff I know (which is the way of the American … using what you have learned to equip others)
  • And with 20+ years in politics I think there are pieces I can help people better understand
  • So I’m giving this a try

There will be a lot of free content

There will be frequent
  • Free blogposts
  • More detailed training behind a pay wall (small fee)
  • And videos (most of which will be behind a paywall)

Ways you can follow me:

- My Facebook business page (and FB profile but I’m trimming my network there)
- LinkedIn
- My substack
I used to have an email that I sent out but that will be going dormant now that I am using Substack and those who sign up will get emails when I send word that I have posted something new.

I welcome your engagement and if you have no interest that is okay too!

But I realized as I’m learning about Substack that maybe others would appreciate having a better idea on what it’s all about. If you are on it - reach out so we can follow each other.

Call this me pursuing the American dream all while keeping my finger in other efforts too!

THANK YOU for your friendship!
